Abnormal AI is hiring a Financial Analyst, Marketing to join our FP&A team. This role will act as a key financial partner to the Marketing team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize marketing investments and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong finance background in FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting, with expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business partnership. What You Will Do Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing headcount and operational expenses Analyze complex datasets to develop scalable reporting solutions for Marketing month-end close, Budget-vs-Actuals variance analysis, and insight-driven forecasting. Develop scenario-based financial models to assess marketing investments, ROI, and performance trends.
