About the Role
Under limited direction of the Assistant Director of Benefits, the Financial Analyst handles detailed benefits, cost, and financial analyses within the Office of Human Resources. This role supports benefit rate development, reconciliations, and cost forecasting, and serves as a liaison with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Controller’s Office, and Treasurer. The position also interacts with outside benefit vendors and is responsible for year-end financial reporting.

- Perform specialized financial or cost analyses related to benefit rate development, including projecting and reconciling benefits-related expenses and preparing related reports.
- Evaluate, analyze, and project the impact of benefit rate changes.
