Position Summary Under administrative direction, this position delivers quality customer service to students, parents, and internal stakeholders regarding the Financial Aid process via phone, email, and in person. Additionally, this role acts as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate communication of next steps in the student enrollment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
- Two to three years experience working in a Financial Aid Office.
