The purpose of the finance operations role is for managing and processing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring invoices are accurate and paid on time, maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers and timely reporting.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Finance Operations
Efficiently handling and verifying submitted invoices
Efficiently handling of vendors payments and maintain vendor trust
Maintaining accurate financial records for auditing and tax purpose
Matching invoices to purchase order and ensuring accuracy
Managing vendors queries and resolving any discrepancy
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
