About the Role The Regional Finance Manager will oversee key accounting and reporting activities for specific labels/affiliates within Warner Music Group's EMEA Shared Service Centre. You will lead a team, drive strong controls, and partner with affiliate finance teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and compliance. What You'll Do
- Manage a team of professional accountants and support their day-to-day operations.
- Develop and train the team to enable them to reach their full potential.
- Implement and monitor controls and procedures related to all areas of financial accounting and reporting as well as project accounting.
- Manage the month-end close ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the required activities.
- Serve as a point of escalation and approval for journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, etc.
