About the Role As a Finance Manager within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, you will be at the heart of empowering business leaders with the insights, analytics, and financial planning they need to make bold, informed decisions. You will develop a deep understanding of our business to identify and communicate the drivers of financial performance, while producing financial plans that reflect our strategic ambitions. This is a role for someone pragmatic, curious, and collaborative — someone who can extract meaning from complex data, connect the dots across the organization, and communicate answers with clarity and confidence. What You'll Do
- Build a detailed understanding of financial performance drivers each quarter by cultivating strong relationships across client markets, reporting and controlling, and actuarial/pricing functions
