About the Role We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the monthly financial close and reporting for the PTx unit at AGCO. You will oversee general ledger activities, ensure timely and accurate financial statements, coordinate close per the corporate calendar, and provide variance analysis and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making across the business. What You'll Do
- Financial Close & Reporting: Prepare, review and finalize monthly financial statements; manage month-end close per corporate calendar; submit reporting packages and supporting schedules; perform reconciliations and GL activities; provide variance analysis and KPIs; prepare workpapers and ad hoc analysis.
