About this role
About the Role This role provides financial decision support and partners with business leaders to drive improved results for senior management. It includes leadership of a small financial analysis team and oversight of financial reporting across divisions, with involvement in strategic initiatives and system changes. What You'll Do
- Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly and communicate drivers to General Managers.
- Explain key drivers of the full financial P&L (sales, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.).
- Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training, performance management, and morale/ staffing oversight.
- Oversee financial reporting within the financial analysis team.
- Support new business initiatives, system integrations, and major FP&A change management.
