About the Role Medline is seeking a Finance Manager - Commercial FP&A (Non-Acute) to lead financial decision support for the Non-Acute sales channel, partnering with Commercial leaders and senior management. The role will oversee 3-4 direct reports and drive performance improvements, profitability, and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do
- Provide and lead financial decision support with business partners; research options and present solutions to senior management to improve results.
- Manage 3-4 direct reports supporting Post-Acute Sales VPs and business leaders; evaluate performance, identify opportunities, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives across Non-Acute sales.
- Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly; meet with Commercial leaders to communicate net results.
