Finance Manager (Area Finance Manager)
Section: About the Role Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) is seeking an Area Finance Manager to work with the Area/Field Coordinator and Finance Coordinator to ensure effective financial management of the base in compliance with PUI policies, donor procedures, and applicable national and local regulations.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, training, and capacity-building of finance team members
- Manage team performance, appraisals, conflict resolution, and workload planning
- Ensure proper implementation of financial, accounting, and budget management tools
- Provide technical support and guidance on financial procedures
- Verify payroll data accuracy and ensure timely payroll processing
- Follow up on vendor payments, disbursements, and account reconciliation
- Review financial documents and transactions for compliance
