Overview
The Finance Manager will lead the organisation’s finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to support sustainable growth, profitability, regulatory compliance, and sound decision-making. The role is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, internal controls, risk management, tax compliance, and leadership of the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements, including FIRS, CBN, SEC, and other relevant authorities where applicable.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control: Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and profitability.
