About this role
Overview: This is a Finance Manager role based in Abuja, onsite, in the Real Estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk reporting for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Must be ICAN certified.
- Minimum of 10 years' finance management experience with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting.
