Finance Lead

Lead and oversee the company’s financial operations and accounting functions. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and cash-flow projections. Provide accurate financial information to management to support strategic decision-making. Monitor revenue, expenditure, cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance. Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders. Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Develop and improve financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
