Job Purpose
- The Finance Business Partner is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all activities related to the role, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, cost optimization, risk management and achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes for assigned business functions.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing timely variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
