Finance & Admin Manager
The Finance & Admin Manager will build the financial discipline and administrative infrastructure that allows a fast-growing food ordering and delivery marketplace to scale responsibly; this is a hands-on role focused on establishing systems and controls across payments, settlements and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day financial operations for the business operating in a marketplace/delivery model.
- Manage merchant settlement and rider payout processes.
- Reconcile order-level transactions, commissions, refunds, discounts and payment gateway settlements.
- Manage weekly and monthly financial close processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment platforms.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Prepare weekly management reports covering revenue, expenses, margins, cash position and key financial metrics.
