Field Technical Analyst
About this role
About the Role Field Technical Analyst responsible for monitoring equipment performance and health, and providing fleet-wide technical support for renewables assets. The role requires strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate remotely with on-site support as needed. What You'll Do
- Monitor equipment performance and review notifications in SCADA platforms.
- Ensure critical equipment performance and health is monitored.
- Provide technical support fleet-wide for behind-the-meter onsite solar, utility-scale renewables, and energy storage assets remotely and physically when necessary.
- Equipment Testing (Post Maintenance Testing from Maintenance Activity), including outage support when necessary.
- Equipment Monitoring Support (Triage) – primarily remote with potential site visitation. What We're Looking For
