About the Role The Field Service Technician II is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Leica/Biosystems equipment at customer sites. This remote-friendly role supports service delivery across Quebec, ensuring timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer training while adhering to Health Canada, FDA, and Leica policies. What You'll Do
- Provide technical service including installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments.
- Ensure operational compliance by documenting service activities per Health Canada, FDA, and Leica policies, and maintaining timely communication with internal teams and external customers.
- Demonstrate professionalism and continuous development by expanding product and application knowledge, representing the company with integrity, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
