About the Role We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment across multiple customer sites in central and south-central Oklahoma. This is a field-based role where you’ll primarily work out of Riverwind Casino while also traveling within your assigned territory to support additional locations as needed. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert and customer partner. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
