About the Role The Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide exceptional customer service to Beckman Coulter Diagnostics clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instruments in hospital laboratory environments. This remote role supports customers across Canada, reporting to the Quebec District Service Manager, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance and service repairs. What You'll Do
- Serve assigned customers with minimal supervision; troubleshoot, install, validate, maintain and service repairs on designated instrumentation.
- Complete on-time and accurate preventative maintenance, field modifications, instrument repairs and work order/service documentation.
- Travel across Canada as needed to support various sites; occasional USA training travel may be required.
