About the Role The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through strong communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. This is a fully remote role supporting customers in the Northwest US, helping accelerate scientific discovery through Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company. What You'll Do
- Proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers
- Propose process improvements that improve internal and external customer processes
- Manage a diverse technical product portfolio What We're Looking For
- Associates degree with 2-3 years of Field Service experience. We will consider trade school or High School Diploma with appropriate industry experience of equivalent complexity as a field service engineer
