About the Role The Field Service Engineer II at Leica Biosystems (a Danaher company) supports customers with troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance and service repairs, impacting patient health. This role is remote and serves the Northwest US region, reporting to the Regional Field Service Manager. What You'll Do
- Provide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 groups of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments.
- Document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies.
- Actively support the sale of service contracts, assist sales representatives & service team members with system configurations/upgrades, and provide feedback on ways to improve financial performance to generate service revenue.
