About this role
About the Role The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for service, repair and/or installation of Beckman Coulter diagnostic products and IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. This position is fully remote and covers the territory of the Republic of Croatia, with preferred proximity to Zagreb. What You'll Do
- Service, repair and/or installation of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics products and IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
- Travel within Croatia territory as needed and work remotely when applicable.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance and installation, and uphold service level agreements. What We're Looking For
