About this role
About the Role The Field Service Engineer will maintain Beckman Coulter Diagnostics instruments to support patient health outcomes. This role reports to the Field Service Manager and is part of the Motorcity Service team servicing Chemistry and Immunoassay equipment; based in Southeastern Michigan with remote coverage for the Metro-Detroit/Toledo area. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, install, perform preventive maintenance, and service repair on Beckman Coulter equipment; provide excellent service and technical training to customers.
- Maintain accurate service logs and internal records; order parts and adhere to cycle times.
- Use business systems such as OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for Service Call Planning and advancing team goals.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders; train newer Field Service Engineers. What We're Looking For
