About the Role Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to independently troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment while delivering excellent customer service and technical training. This remote role serves the southern Oregon region as part of the Field Service Team reporting to the Field Service Manager of the San Francisco area, with the goal of ensuring optimal equipment performance. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, install, perform preventative maintenance, and service repair on Beckman Coulter instrumentation
- Provide efficient service to customers and deliver technical training on products
- Maintain accurate customer service logs, internal service records, and order repair parts; adhere to cycle times
- Use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service call planning and achieving team goals
