FIELD NAVIGATOR
About this role
We're looking for a Field Navigator to engage eligible patients, build referral networks with hospitals and healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers on available healthcare services and treatment options, maintain accurate referral records, and provide regular updates on patient progress and conversions, while building and sustaining relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and key stakeholders. The role is in Abia with remote field operations and requires travel within the assigned territory.
