About the Role CEVA Logistics is seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to lead new air and ocean freight sales, targeting SME and mid-market prospects, while growing an existing portfolio of customers. You will hunt for new business and partner with operations and solutions teams to deliver long-term, sustainable customer partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identifying, targeting and winning new air and ocean freight business through a consultative, solutions-based sales approach.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through strategic account planning and targeted prospecting.
- Develop compelling value propositions and negotiate at senior decision-maker level.
- Drive RFQs and tender processes from initial opportunity through to successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutions.
