About the Role The Field Applications Scientist is responsible for supporting and expanding our customer base in both research and diagnostic flow cytometry applications. This role reports to the Western North America Field Applications Manager and covers a territory including San Diego County, California, as well as Arizona and New Mexico. What You'll Do
- Drive achievement of annual financial targets within the assigned territory in alignment with company strategy
- Promote and demonstrate Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables through effective solution demonstrations
- Provide scientific and technical support for instruments, reagents, and integrated systems throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead on-time implementation, including on-site customer training and solution deployment
