Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, splice, and test fiber optic cables for customer installations and network expansion projects.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the FTTH and backbone fiber network.
- Conduct fiber optic testing using OTDR, Optical Power Meter, Light Source, Visual Fault Locator (VFL), and other testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fiber faults, signal degradation, and network outages within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
