Our future program will include group coaching and optional one-on-one coaching centered around nutrition guidance, meal planning, hydration, walking and physical activity, healthy lifestyle education, daily accountability, and progressive habit formation. Our goal is to empower women to build healthy lifestyles they can maintain independently—not to promote quick-fix solutions.
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Assistant who enjoys educating and inspiring women through engaging, high-quality content, not someone who simply schedules posts.
