About the Role The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member travels to Tractor Supply stores within an assigned district to execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks (e.g., planograms, resets, signage, fixture assembly) and to support store operations, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. What You'll Do
- Maintain regular attendance, work scheduled shifts, and be flexible for varied hours and overtime as needed.
- Travel to stores within the district to perform planograms, resets, visual merchandising, measurements, layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage, and fixture assembly.
- Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor on work progress, issues, and solutions.
- Ensure planogram integrity, store layout accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks; perform top cap process and PDQ assembly as required; recover and maintain signage.
