Job Summary
We are seeking a highly competent, driven, and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure optimal production, flock health, and profitability.
Role Overview The Farm Manager will assume full operational responsibility for the poultry farm and serve as the primary driver of our production targets. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, the successful candidate must be highly articulate, responsive, and capable of providing clear, accurate, and data-driven daily reports on farm operations and performance.
