About the Role Alcon is seeking an intern to support on-site health, safety, and environmental programs at the Fort Worth, TX location. The role provides hands-on experience in occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, incident prevention, risk management, and site HSE initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to data collection, analysis, inspections, training, and continuous improvement projects. What You'll Do
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement within HSE
- Support HSE and project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting progress
- Partner with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights
- Assist with process improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving approaches
