JOB TITLE: FACTORY HR BUSINESS PARTNER
LOCATION: TATURA, AUSTRALIA
JOB PURPOSE As a key member of the site leadership team, the HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the site's strategic direction. This includes delivering high-impact HR leadership and advisory services to both management and employees, driving cultural transformation, and serving as a critical liaison with Head Office functions to ensure alignment with global and local people strategies.
