We are seeking an organized, proactive, and hands-on Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the estate facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment while delivering exceptional operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of estate facilities. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage artisans, contractors, and maintenance personnel. Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and operational issues. Monitor utility systems, equipment, and building infrastructure. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials. Enforce health, safety, and operational standards.
