The Role

Facility Projects Supervisor leads the planning and execution of facility projects to support GM’s manufacturing strategy, safety, quality, and capacity requirements. The role manages cross-functional project teams and contractors, controls scope, timing, and budget, and ensures all projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with GM standards and GM Manufacturing System (GMS) principles.
What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end execution of facility projects (e.g., new production areas, building modifications, layout changes, infrastructure renewals).

Translate business requirements from manufacturing, maintenance, EHS, and other stakeholders into clear project scopes and deliverables.
