We are Hiring | Facility Manager for a park and resort in Abuja. Talent Forge Solutions is recruiting an experienced Facility Manager on behalf of a park and resort in Abuja. What you will do:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the facility
- Coordinate cleaning, security, repairs, utilities, and facility services
- Manage vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor electricity, water supply, generator, air conditioning, and plumbing
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
- Supervise facility support staff and manage facility-related expenses What we are looking for:
- BSc/HND in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in facility management, property management, or operations
