- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across factory buildings, offices, staff housing, clinics, schools, and estate facilities
- Ensure the availability and functionality of essential building utilities
- Maintain facility asset registers, drawings, maintenance records, and inspection reports
- Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure defects are promptly resolved
- Coordinate contractors and artisans to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Supervise construction, renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, and infrastructure improvement projects
- Review technical specifications, Bills of Quantities, and work scopes
- Manage residential buildings and staff accommodation
