Job title: Facility Manager
We are hiring a Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a healthcare facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in facility management
- Hospital/Healthcare experience is MANDATORY
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, safety, and compliance
- Excellent leadership and vendor management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facility maintenance, utilities, and critical systems
- Supervise facility staff and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety standards
- Handle repairs, inspections, and emergency issues
