About the Role As a Facilities Technician at ZF in Monterrey, you will maintain plant infrastructure and support production through preventive maintenance and rapid response to facility issues. You will collaborate with EHS, production, and external service providers to uphold world-class standards and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facility equipment.
- Monitor utility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, and water systems.
- Troubleshoot facility-related equipment and infrastructure issues.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors during maintenance activities.
- Support facility improvement and energy-saving projects.
- Maintain maintenance documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
