About the Role The Facilities Project Engineer is responsible for planning, construction, safety and maintenance of building infrastructure or manufacturing/production equipment and systems. This on-site role reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and sits within the Harbourgate/Langstone Park Facility facilities team, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines including refurbishments, equipment upgrades, building improvements, and infrastructure works.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
