About this role
Facilities Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating Bio-Rad's facilities infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, compressors, DI water systems and electrical generators to support manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring minimal downtime, with leadership responsibilities within the maintenance team.
Maintain, repair, and operate facilities infrastructure (HVAC, boilers, compressors, DI water systems, and electrical generators) to support manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; restore operations with minimum downtime. Support and maintain manufacturing, production, and utility equipment to meet product quality and production schedules. Lead other Maintenance Associates, oversee plant security and key control, and assist management as needed.
