About the Role The Facilities Maintenance Technician works with the Facilities Maintenance Manager to support building maintenance and repairs, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime in a GMP-regulated environment. What You'll Do
- Attend to all assigned work orders and general services, including painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, construction, and flooring.
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations during regular inspections.
- Perform routine and non-routine equipment maintenance, modification, and repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective preventative maintenance programs as directed by Management.
- Document repairs, adjustments, and replacement of equipment per SOPs and cGMP regulations.
