Job Overview: The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities for all facilities at Alltech HQ. This role ensures that all building systems, equipment, and services function efficiently, and that safety and compliance standards are met. The coordinator will oversee the maintenance schedule, work closely with vendors, and respond to maintenance requests while ensuring minimal disruption to employees’ workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities for all facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
