About the Role Join Sevita Health's ResCare Community Living as a Facilities Housekeeper. You will maintain cleanliness and order in residents' homes and common areas to meet health standards and support a safe, comfortable living environment. This role supports independence and dignity for individuals receiving services through thorough cleaning and small maintenance tasks. What You'll Do
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas to meet health standards.
- Cleans floor surfaces, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners, shampooers and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Empties trash receptacles and cleans and maintains windows, walls, woodwork, and light fixtures.
- Recognizes the need for housing maintenance or hazards and submits work order for repair.
