Facilities Engineer (Multiple Career Levels)
About this role
About the Role The Facilities Engineer will plan and implement building controls upgrades and new installations, with a focus on sustaining the mechanical infrastructure (HVAC, chillers, compressors) and maximizing cost efficiency while minimizing downtime. You will work with the HDMA Facilities team and external contractors to ensure consistent control architectures across sites, oversee upgrades, and drive standardization and improvements to operations. What You'll Do
- Manage BMS/BAS specification, design, and operation.
- Develop and implement multiyear strategy to complete BMS migration.
- Collaborate with HDMA Facilities controls leaders to standardize a unified approach.
- Manage and oversee programming and work with IT networking team.
