About the Role Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Associate provides on-site facility services and day-to-day maintenance for Green Dot’s schools in Los Angeles, CA. This role ensures safe, functional facilities for students, staff and visitors, and involves repairing building and furniture issues and coordinating with custodial staff and external vendors.
What You'll Do
- Provide facility- and maintenance-related services for all Green Dot schools as assigned
- Respond to facilities requests in a timely manner using the maintenance work order system; work orders are accurately inputted, scheduled, closed and tracked with superb communication to requester
- Proactively identify facilities maintenance needs
- Ensure custodial staff is maintaining a clean and safe environment
