Job Summary
- We're hiring an architect — but not primarily for new builds. Your canvas is our existing spaces: producing accurate as-built drawings and floor plans that our Facilities Management team runs on daily.
What you'll do
- Survey and document existing built spaces — accurate as-built drawings for FM use
- Create floor plans that map cleaning paths, cleaning zones, and space utilization both manually and for robots
- Work directly with the FM team to keep documentation current as spaces change
- Use 3D modeling and AI-assisted design tools to speed up documentation and visualization
