This role supports Rosin Eyecare by ensuring unsurpassed patient experiences during eyewear selection and product services. It helps establish the practice as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community. What You'll Do
- Greet patients with a warm welcome and provide urgent, attentive service.
- Assess patient needs and link to offerings (eye exams, eyewear, accessories).
- Consult with the Optician when needed; demonstrate product knowledge.
- Describe features and benefits of products using appropriate tools.
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
- Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
- Communicate pickup dates, set expectations, seek feedback, and ask for referrals.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately.
- Present, celebrate, and educate at product pickup.
