About this role
Your responsibilities
- Analyse der Aus- und Einfuhrprozesse des Unternehmens sowie konzeptionelle Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung notwendiger Änderungen
- Steuerung und Beratung aller Projekte und Unternehmensbereiche hinsichtlich AWG, Dual-Use-Verordnung, KrWaffKontrG sowie aktuellen US-amerikanischen Dual-Use-EAR- und ITAR-Bestimmungen
- Beantragung, Verwaltung und Überwachung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungen sowie Umsetzung nationaler, EU- und US-Exportvorschriften und Exportklassifizierung aller Unternehmensprodukte in Abstimmung mit der Fachabteilung Technik
- Mitwirkung in Entwicklungsprojekten im Bezug auf exportkontrollrelevante Themen
- Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Ministerien, Behörden, Ämtern und Interessenvertretungen (BMWK, BMVg, BAFA, Zoll und IHK)
