About the Role The Export Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and support of the Ocean and Air Export department to ensure the efficient movement of ocean and air freight out of the country in accordance with company policies, established procedures, and all applicable local, national, and international regulations.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the daily workflow of the Ocean and Air Export teams to maintain efficient and productive operations.
- Identify operational issues and support effective, timely solutions.
- Utilize reporting methods to quantify and prioritize workload.
- Work closely with the Export Manager and internal stakeholders on KPIs, performance metrics, and process improvements.
